– We provide mobile tyre fitting, repair, and related services at locations specified by the customer, such as homes, offices, or roadside locations.
3. Service Requests
– Customers can request services by phone, website, or email.
– All service requests are subject to availability and scheduling.
4. Pricing and Payment
– The pricing for our services is as stated on our website or provided by our customer service representative.
– Payment is due upon the completion of the service. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
– For same day services and emergency callout services we do not accept cancellation or rescheduling. Customers need to pay deposit in advance.
– For next day or prior reservation services, customers encouraged to provide at least 2 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
– Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Service Limitations
– Our technicians will only perform tyre-related services and will not conduct additional automotive repairs or services.
– We reserve the right to refuse service if the customer’s location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.
7. Warranty
– We offer a limited warranty for our services, which covers any defects in workmanship for a specified duration.
8. Customer Responsibilities
– Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle and tyre requirements.
– Customers must ensure their vehicle is in a safe and accessible location for the duration of the service.
9. Liability
– While we take precautions to ensure safety, we are not liable for any damages to your vehicle, property, or personal injury during the service.
– We are not liable for any pre-existing tire or wheel conditions that may become apparent during service.
